MoveGB billing FAQ's

 

So... MoveGB is a monthly membership... but what is this charge?! Don't worry, we only want you to pay for the service that you use!

 

Check out our FAQ's below for more info on billing and what to do if you've been billed but don't quite know why! If you end up needing to contact us we aim to respond to and resolve all billing quiries within a few hours

 

Q1. I have forgotten to cancel my trial membership and my membership has started!

 

Don't worry you can cancel any time, but wait... don't lose what you have already paid for!

If you're not planning to use your first month of membership now you can set the date that you'd like to rejoin below and your first month's payment will be credited to your account.

Q2. I would like to change my membership tarriff

We have plans that range from £1.25 per week up to hundreds in some areas of the UK! From the basics to the luxuries you can choose your plan based on the venues that YOU want and tailor your package to what works for you! 

To change your membership plan just Visit your MoveGB Price Plans Page

 

Here's how upgrading and downgrading works!

If you select to upgrade your membership plan then your account will be upgrded right away and you will only be charged the extra to have the remainder of your current month at the higher tier!

If you select to downgrade your membership plan then your account will just be set to move down to that lower tier at the end of your currently prepaid period. 

 

 

Q3. I am not sure why I have been billed for an extra activity

Here's the 3 situations where you could receive a charge for an activity with MoveGB

1. You are on a Pay as you Move Passport

On the plan at £1.25 per week you do not get any activities included in your plan. Instead you just pay the PAYM rate shown on the activity on your MoveGB page

2. You have attended over your activity alowance for the week

You can view the number of activities remaining for the week in your membership plan on your My Account page. Your week runs from Monday to Sunday and refreshes your count first thing on Monday morning. 

If you are on an unlimited plan, please remember that a fair usage policy of 7 activities included per week applies so you will just pay for any activities attended after 7 have been recorded each week.

3. You have attended an activity that has a premium charge

Activities can have a premium charge if they are not included in your membership plan. The premium charge for an activity is shown on the activity when you search on your MoveGB page and at the time of booking if bookable online.

The No.1 goal of the MoveGB coach team is happiness! Selling it, spreading it, helping people find it, and all through an awesome feeling of moving your body! Don't let a billing issue get in the way of feeling great! Just follow the steps above or pop us a message if you need any help, above all we want you happy (not to have you pay a penny for something you are not using!)

 

We offer out trials of our service through our website and vouchers bought online and hope you love it! If you do then MoveGB is simply a rolling monthly contact after. However if it was not for you and have forgotten to cancel your membership then we do not want to keep your money until you are 100% happy and active :)
